Chevy cold starting

Engine problem
2002 Chevy Avalanche V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 180000 miles

When starting the vehicle when it is cold, the engine runs very rough to the point it is hard to keep it running, after it warms up, about 10 minutes, it runs fine.
Runs fine during the summer--no problem.

If you haven't had the throttle body cleaned in a while,I recommend trying that first.Spray it out with throttle body cleaner and use an old toothbrush to scrub away any heavy deposits.
