2002 Chevy Astro van will not turn over

Hi,
I have a 2002 Chevy Astro Cargo Van. When I try to start the van it will not turn over. I hear a clicking sound under the dash on the drivers side. I have full power to everything, lights, dashboard, ect. The security light goes off when attempting to start so I don't believe that is the problem. Any information or suggestions would be of great help.

Hi
The clicking sound maybe solenoid on starter open hood start clicking comming left as you stand down low? If so solenoid try to jump if that's no go then starter is faulty.
