The ASTRO has set for a year but need a fuel pump. I put a new starter on it cause I thought that was why it wouldn't turn over. It now has a new fuel pump and starter. It won't do anything its like I took the battery out. But it has a new battery in it. It just dead was wondering what it co
uld be.

Have you checked for voltage, anywhere? Do any electrical accessories work? When you turn on the key, does the dash work? Do the headlamps work? Do the interior lites come on? Does the horn work?

Are the battery cables in good shape? Use a testlite or digital multimeter and check for voltage.

If your saying the starter won't crank, then check the fuses in the diagram for voltage. Use a testlite or meter to check for voltage.
