WHAT IS CAUSING MY DASHBOARD LIGHTS, DOME LIGHTS AND RUNNING LIGHTS TO FLASH ON AND OFF FOR 30 SECONDS WHEN I TOUCH THE BRAKE PEDAL? THE VAN STARTS AND RUNS JUST FINE. THIS ALSO OCCURS WHEN I RECONNECT THE BATTERY. I ALREADY REPLACED THE BRAKELIGHT SWITCH.

Sorry for make you wait so long.
no fuse is blown, that is good news, but the problem is a short to power between circuit.
the problem is in the wiring connector.
you did good ting to change the switch.
there 5 connectors, but the one that is A13 at the instrument cluster.
it is TAN/WHT , 0.5 gauge wire connected to daytime running lamp module.
that connector might be the problem. it is connected to the brake warnig indicator.
asking why other lamps are flashing , because in the cluster they are connected in series.
I'm sending this diagram by email if you can't see it clear here.
ask me if you have question.
remember, check that connector for corrosion.
