Check engine light not on at a start

My check engine light will not up when I turn on the ignition but every other light does.

Check the "meter" fuse in the junction block located behind left side of dash.

What should I do at the meta fuse box because all fuses are okay?

It is a single fuse labeled "meter" in the junction block located behind left side of dash that you should check and make sure it is not blown and if you have a voltmeter or at least a twelve volt test light, make sure this single "meter" fuse has voltage on both sides of it.
