I went to go to work one morning and I started my car pushed in the clutch and it went straight to the floor so I opened up my bonnet and I noticed the cable was broken. A few days later I got the clutch cable I needed for my car which I was told is the right one, everything looks the same, so anyway I removed the old one and tried to match the threads on the new one, I I installed it exactly as it was meant to and it was like it was to loose I tried tightening the threads all the way but it still didn't work I was wondering if it could be the clutch armon the gear box at all or what do you think it could be? If you could get back to me as soon as possible. Cheers Reece

Make sure that it is hooked to the clutch pedal correctly, if it is the same length there should not be an issue with attaching and adjusting, I would be ensuring that it is the correct cable for your model first.
