The center console (radio, HVAC system, car control panel) does not work. I initially suspected that it was a fuse but could not seem to find a single fuse that would cause everything on the center console to fail. Manually checked fused and did not see anything wrong. I then assumed it was a faulty center radio/display panel since that is common to all the affected systems. I replaced the center control panel with the one I located on eBay, and that did not correct the problem. Now I have a Power Probe and believe I need to be more thorough with the fuse checks, but would really like help determining the most likely causes and breakers to check.

Okay, let's turn the ignition system on and check for power at the fuses that run the systems on which you can do with your power probe. Here are the radio and HVAC system wiring diagrams so you can see how the systems work and which fuses to check. Please let me know what way I can find out what powers the fuse.
