Car will not start?

I had trouble starting the vehicle, replaced the starter and then after some research I replaced the ABS control module. Now the traction control light, Stabil Trak service light and check engine lights are all on. Now when I try to crank the vehicle it will turn over, but it won't fire up and start. I own a single-member LLC Auto Repair Shop. I recently purchased a MDI2 with a laptop that has tech2win software, I'm still unable to program the module, and can't get the vehicle to fire up.

Sorry we dropped the ball on this one, do you still need help? When you try to crank the engine over does the security light flash, also will it run if you use starting fluid?
