When I turn the key, everything turns on, but will not crank no spark?

I've changed ignition switch, ignition modular, spark plugs, entire engine harness, engine fuse box, lifters and rods, cylinder 1 and 5 pistons, and rings and gaskets. When I turn the key, everything turns on won't crank no spark. When I jump starter, it cranks really weak but still no spark, I think timing is off I don't know TDC is or how to redo timing. Please I spent thousands I don't know thank you.

Hi,

If the timing is off, it shouldn't prevent spark to the plugs. Is it possible for you to record the engine cranking and upload it for me to hear?

Also, this is an easy one to time as far as the timing chain is concerned. I attached the directions below for the installation. Take a look at them and let me know if you have questions.

Basically, the crank sprocket has a mark that points at 12 o'clock and the cam has one that points at 6 o'clock. I highlighted them below.

Take a look and let me know.

Thanks, I have spark now but still won't start. I can't get the crankshaft pulley off; I've been at it all day. Is there any way to do it with the pulley on? I'll send you the video of how it sounds.

Hi,

If you have spark, have you checked if it will start with starting fluid? Also, is there a reason to remove the harmonic balancer? I'm not sure if you are doing it to replace the crankshaft position sensor. If that is the reason, leave it the way it is for now. Let's see if it starts with starting fluid. If it does, we have a fuel-related issue.

I attached directions below for removing the crank pulley/balancer. Let me know if they help.

Let me know.
