Car wants to start but will not

Car shut off while driving. New battery, starter, water pump, fuel filter put in and still no help. It turns over ad wants to start and at times will start but will shut off shortly after. What else could it be?

Hello,

Can you hear the fuel pump running it the tank and does the ignition have spark? Here is a guide that will get us started:
