Car stalls out

When I speed or im going fast and the stop the car stalls out or goes into a real low idle. I put a new air filter on and cleaned the throttle body and that didn't fix it.

I've seen a couple Colorados doing this and the electronic throttle body had to be replaced.

Yeah I had replace that a year ago. Is there any way that can be tested
