The car runs hot, mostly in summertime?

It is not the thermostat, changed the hydraulic fans twice, not a head gasket or cracked head. No water leaks until the car runs so hot it boils out of reservoir?

I would think the radiator is to blame, can you please lower the coolant level to inspect the cooling tubes for calcium build up at the tube openings? Here is a guide to help you see what I am talking about. Also use a flashlight to inspect for dirt or a plastic bad that has gotten stuck in front of the radiator.
