Tried to flush the radiator and engine block. It seems plugged at the block. I put the garden hose in the block at the bottom and nothing comes out the top. Is the water pump stopping the water from coming out the top?

Hmm, that is weird so its like someone filled the block up with something? Air and water should pass through the engine like nothing. Is there a lot of sludge in the engine?
