When I drive my 2000 Ford Expedition and I go faster than 55 mph the service engine light flashes and it backfires and loses power. What can be the problem? I already did the tune-up, changed the oil and changed the spark plugs and the wires, and the fuel filter.

The first thing I would recommend is to have the computer scanned for trouble codes. If no codes show up, you will need to have an active scanner running when the problem occurs. If the light is flashing, that usually indicates a misfire. Since you already tuned it up with no change, I would have the scan done and check fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within spec.
