I noted a vibration when shifting transmission fourth and fifth and I became release clutch pedal quickly to avoid this. Then it become hard to move after stopping and low speed (first and second) with loud noise coming from rare engine (gearbox side). In addition to big hesitation till reach forty five to sixty kh/h when it looks normal, but I observe that car cruising not okay because of high rpm and low speeds (not matched). I replaced release bearing, pressure plate and clutch disk but the problem still not solved.

Looks like the transmission has an internal fault, could be due to bad bearings resulting in the loud noise.
What are the speed indication in each gear at engine 2,500 rpm?
