The transmission shifts just fine when the truck is off, but when running I cannot shift even with the clutch all the way to the floor. We recently changed out the clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing and slave cylinder, and bench bled the master/slave system. Also, the truck rolls when I start it in gear with the clutch down. What is the issue? I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions I have gotten and looked up. Anything helps.

Check for clutch disc installed backwards and for a worn or bent release arm and release bearing installed correctly. Make sure fluid in master is full and slave works properly. Do not disconnect hydraulic line if you take clutch out just move out of way.
