I replaced my water pump, thermostat and heater core. Even flushed out my radiator. When my trucks idling it's fine but when I put it in gear and there's strain on the motor and a pulley starts making noise and starts to overheat, but only when I'm in gear.

I would begin by pressure testing the system, if you haven't done this yet that is. Also make sure the system is properly burped of any air and verify that the fans are operating normally. I would also suggest retrieving the power-train codes as well. As far as the noise is concerned, without hearing it there's no way to even speculate about it.
