A question about a Cadillac Seville SLS

When I turn on my AC or heater, the blower will come on, but sometimes will shut off and then turn on again. But, sometimes it will shut off and not even turn on again. Please help me with this problem. Thanks for your time, Dmojica :P

The blower is probally bad, the brushes are prob wore

My 2000 Seville SLS has Auto temp control which when set at 75 Degrees (for example), the computer will turn the heat on automatically when its too cold and turn on the fan when it gets too hot.
