Suspension problem
1995 Cadillac Seville V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130K miles

when am driving my car after about 15 miles per hour a weird sound on the right front tire the sound is like gears without oil and the fastest I drive the sound gets strong but if I turn to the right very fast like making a right turn the sound disappear. To the left or straight always will sound. The suspension maybe bad?, Because when the car turns right this side lift a little and stop touching someting?I will apreciate any help.

You just diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing, and if you are correct, it is right side. A growl type noise that disappears with turning inputs is prime symptom of a bad wheel bearing/hub. If you raise the vehicle and run it up, you may be able to hear the noise with a stethoscope(or equivalent) placed on the spindle near it. This could be how you will differentiate which side is bad. However, they are both the same part, so you could switch if need be.
