2002 Cadillac Escalade u joints or driveshaft

When I put car in drive it goes forward but make a bump like grind noise when I put it in reverse I make clicking and bumping noise like it wants to stop

This could be a normal condition, to help it you need to lube the slip joint in the drive shaft, its probally dry from not getting greased, or the carrier bearing is bad
