My turn signals do not work. All the bulbs are good and feel the problem is the flasher. I am unable to locate the flasher. I have checked behind the covers under the dashboard near the steering column with no luck. I purchased a replacement flasher but am unable to find where it goes. Please advise where it is installed and what it looks like.

The turn signal flasher is near the steering column under the dash. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Viewing the underside of the dashboard from beneath, I see nothing that would resemble the 1" square black metal part with 3 spade plug that I was sold as a replacement part. Must I remove a portion of the Dash to locate and replace this flasher Or can it be reached from beneath? I have located the hazard flasher but I assume they are seperate. Please help me locate the flasher.

With the black, left side lower insulator removed, reach up around the bottom of the dash on the left side of the column. There is a metal clip that retains the square turn signal flasher there. If you have to try and see it, you'll have to tuck your head up under the dash and look toward the rear of the vehicle. If I could find how to send illustrations, I would. Left side of the column, up around bottom of dash, attached by a clip to metal instrument panel carrier. Hope this helps.
