1995 Cadillac Deville V8 Front Wheel Drive 140000 miles

This winter, no heat, , hot water to and frome heater core, fan runs, replaced vacume lines, checked fuses yet very little air coming frome vents. Everything fine when switched to cooling then, about a week ago same thing happened to cooling mode, charge ok, fuses compressor, fan, everything appears ok except very little air coming frome vents can you help? Hopefully with your help I can fix it muself, I havf to, 68, living on SS 'Tom'

If the fan(blower) sounds like it is running full speed, and still no airflow, it is possible that the impeller is broken, or off the shaft. You could have a case that is full of debris. Do you live in an area that rodents may be a possibility? They love the heater box, and usually pack it full. Or environmental debris is clogging the evap core, which is the first exchanger the air passes.
