Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Cadillac Deville V8 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 113, 00 miles

My question is. If I've fixed the oil pump and the oil sending unit but yet things still lead to low oil pressure what do I need to check next to confirm the next step to take in fixing the problem? Also does my car come with a camshaft sensor? I was told I needed to replace it then after two hours of trying to figure why we can't find everything according to the book only to be told that my car doesn't have one. Yet the codes on the check engine light say "No cam sensor control" Also does an Oil Pressure Switch have anything to do with oil pressure not reading? Its not the bearings and my car doesn't make any unusual noises except every once in awhile there might a slight noise that sounds like it does when you need oil. The engine runs fine but I'm getting more and more worried if I don't figure out whats wrong before its too late. Most repair books I've checked out don't fully answer and theres not sense in paying for Mitchell when I'm just trying to get this solved for smog and sell of car. I could go to an expensive Cadillac Repair person but who can afford that if you have the chance of being told other things need fixed as your bill becomes outrageous for what should have been a one price-one thing repair job. Please sorry to keep asking questions and thank you for your wonderful help so far. If theres one thing I have truly learned a lot lately and thats what leads to more questions when I'm not able to figure out the answer on my own.
