1993 Cadillac Deville V8 159103 miles

my a/c blows cold but the heater doesn't work. Even at 90 degrees. What could be the cause and how could I fix it?

If its blowing cold air @ 90*
Check coolant check thermostat and if all good

Ck heater hoses for warmth on both hoses to heater core also.
