2003 Cadillac CTS won't start after belt replacement

My car died while driving. Serpentine belt was shredded. Replaced idler pulley and belt. Won't start now. What's wrong?

Has the battery been checked? If the belt came off the alternator couldnt charge battery causing a drain. If not that check belt and pulley to make sure its not routed wrong and all pulley spin freely.
