Can this car run only on warter in the coolant system.

Yes it will run with just water in the system.

But, if you are running in hotter temp than average ( Arizona). Anti freeze/ coolant will handle hotter temps, without boiling, than just water.

As with cooler temps ( U.P. Michigan) anti freeze/ coolant can handle much lower temps, without freezing, than just water.
