1992 Buick Roadmaster Blower

Air Conditioning problem
1992 Buick Roadmaster V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 250000 miles

A/C operates, cold air is adequate, but it seems as if the blower is not moving a sufficient amount of air in the vehicle. All blower speeds function, the air moving from the vents does not seem to change in volume.
Is it possible for the evaporator to have a blockage because of its age. Please advise.

Yes, it certainly could. look up the intake to make sure it didn't suck in a plastic bag or anything. I assume you don't carry any shedding animals. Some of it may just be all the foam seals just deteriorating and leaking.
