1995 Buick Riviera entering manual code test

Some, many actually, 1994-5 General Motors vehicles either do not have a wire leading to terminal "B" of ALDL or are using OBDII style jacks w/o OBDII compatibility. These OBDI vehicles prevent the ability of pulling codes. Any help?

It is a one wire I believe M the only way to read is with a Tech 1 and that was a made for GM and they are the only ones with them. Problem is not to many dealers have or anyone that can use them.
