Buick Regal Engine Overheats

My 2002 Buick Regal overheats when the air conditioning is on in the hot summer. When the air conditioning is turned off it cools down. Any idea what could be the cause.

You should have two fans at the radiator, turn on the ac with engine warm(180 degrees ) and see if both are running, if the ac fan should come on as soon as you turn on the ac and stay on, the cooling fan only operates when needed, this should give you a hint to which is which
