2001 Buick Regal, 3800 Series II engine; The dash lights that illuminate the instrument panel where the speedometer is and also the lights on the radio and climate control area stopped working. The digital clock still works. I checked the fuse boxes under the hood and next to the passenger door and didn't find any burned out fuses. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Do you think the dimmer control may be turned down all the way?

I found 3 fuses for that circuit, not only would you check the fuses, you would check for voltage at the fuses. There may be two bare spots on top of the fuses, one for each fuse leg. You can use a testlite there, or pull out the fuse and check for voltage at the fuse terminals.

panel dimming fuse 7.5 amp
tail/lic lamp fuse 15 amp, these two fuses should be located interior fuse box, they go hot when turn on the lite switch.

LP park fuse 20 amp located underhood fuse box, hot all the time.
