hi. my car is super chargered 3.8 and there is supercharger oil leaking from the nose or snout when the car is running

You need to have the supercharger re-sealed. You don't want it to run out of oil. It could cause major damage if it comes apart. Also have the coupler inside it replaced at the same time.
