1989 Buick Regal Hard Start

I just bought a 89 buick regal 3.1L! When I bought the car it did not run. I replaced the bat, fuel pump, and did a tune up on it! It runs but it is hard to start once started runes fine. What would be the cause of this hard start problem? I know on the 91 I would tap the ign and it would fire right up and the 89 should do the same!

When you checked the fuel pump pressure, did you pay attention to fuel pressure drop off? I'm thinking pressure isn't being held in the system due to a leak or bad fuel injector. As a result, the system needs to rebuild before it will start.
