Car wants to stall when I try to take off and gets worse as I drive it till it stalls

Ok this could be a few things. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you replaced the fuel filter? Have you checked the fuel pump pressure and volumn? Have you had any trouble with the choke on the carb or the carb in general?
