1999 Buick Park Avenue what is it!

I have a noise coming fron the right rear of my car that sound like a cross between a vibration and a humming I have put a new fuel pump in thinking that was the problem but that did nothing to rid the problem! The noise only happens when I first start the car and once in a while when im driving and can not figure it out for the life of me please help me.

I am NOT a mechanic or anything close- but I do also have a 99 Buick PA and my car has a self-leveling device on it that does make a humming sound that comes from the rear-trunk area. Maybe this is what you are hearing? ;)
