1999 Buick Park Avenue sloshing noise behind dash

I have a 99 Buick Park Avenue that makes a sloshing noise behind the dash when you accelerate the engine, even in neutral. What could be some of the possibilities?

Has the coolant level been checked? If it is low, the noise could be comming from the heater core.

I believe that is what's going on. I checked the coolant the other day and it was low. When I added coolant, the noise stopped.
