1991 Buick Park Avenue randomly dies and won't start

1991 Buick Park Avenue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150K+ miles

engine randomly dies while driving and then restarts after 30 minutes to an hour.

engine randomly won't start but then will after about 30 minutes.

I've replaced the crank censor, ignition module and a magnet on the timing mechanism.

dealerships have no solutions but are happy to take my money as they go from possibility to possibility.

This is my 70 year old Mom's car. Please, will someone help her before I lose my mind?

Hard to find out these situations.

All you can do is wait for it to act up then check the fuel pressure and for spark on all cylnders. Note teh color. Timing of the spark and intensity.
