1997 Other Buick Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
1997 Park Avenue cut off while driving. Now it won't turn over. I do here a faint clicking noise somewhere around the glove-box area. The battery won't hold a charge. Brand new starter. Have ignition module check, its good.
I notice the "security" light on the dash flashing when I turn the ignition. Had a new key made by dealer, but still won't turn over.

you have two issues here, your battery should be charged and then taken to an auto parts store and checked. it may be bad or the cables are dirty. the key you had made may be wrong as it's set your security system off and that is why it probably won't start.
