I would like to delete my pcv and install a Valve cover breather in its place! Is it possiable to do this with out having to re program the computer and is it really worth it? Would there be any gain or lose other the the look on of the breather?

There is no programming for this. It will also cause problems with the oxygen sensors.

What problems are you thinking? What do you recommend for added performance that would not require me to re program the pcm I am not ready for that just yet, I have an intake, and exhaust ran and have not encountered any issues with that yet!

The vehicle is only going to perform as much as the pcm programming will allow. I don't know what kind of performance you are expecting from a valve cover breather. It would be like driving around with the oil fill cap off.
