1995 Buick Lesabre Runs rough, hesitation, power issue

Car sat for 3 years (elderly owner so low miles) ran great then started hesistation, running rough on acceleration. Checked coils all in spec. Checked ICM found bank #2 failure bought new ICM. Ran alittle better but still rough and skipping, hesitation on acceleration. Was told maybe crank sensor. New crank sensor installed again ran a tad better but still same issues. Got fed up paid $150 for diagnostics (OBD1 connection with OBDII system so may scanner would not work nor would AutoZones!) They gave me the following codes P0321, PO300, P1361 and the mechanic told me the codes are useless and probably just need wires and plugs! PLEASE HELP!
Already costing me a small fortune and I'm at my wits end!

Have you solved the problem? This sounds similar to mine. I have new plugs, wires and coils. Had transmission checked and fuel injectors cleaned. It happens at various speeds, but seems to do this pretty consistently at about 55-60 mph. Any suggestions?
