Buick will not start. I have a blinking security light on dash. Vehicle will not turn over. What is my problem

You have to wait until the security light stops flashing to start the vehicle. Then, start by checking the key, making sure that the chip is intact and then check the ignition key switch. If both are OK, then you need to have someone check the PassKey security system in the car.
