2001 Buick Century check engine light on

I replaced the EGR valve a little over a year ago and it took care of the light then. Could it be bad again or is there something else to check? Car runs fine thanks.

It may be caused by the EGR valve, but then again I wouldnt count on it since it took a year for it to appear again.

I would have it scanned for trouble codes to see what the problem is.
