MY VEHICLE WILL ACT LIKE IT WANTS TO START, BUT WILL NOT START. BOB BELIEVES IT IS THE FUEL PUMP;HOWEVER, WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE FUEL PUMP IS LOCATED. WHERE ISA THE FUEL PUMP? IF IT IS NOT THE FUEL PUMP WHAT OTHERS THINGS CAN IT BE AND HOW DO WE CHECK THEM? I KNOW IT IS NOT THE BATTERY.

Your vehicle's fuel pump is located in the fuel tank itself. First check the fuses and fuel pump relay to ensure the pump is getting power supply. If it's not the fuel pump at fault then the spark plugs will need checked to ensure engine is getting healthy spark.
