When I start driving my driver side front brakes starts making a grinding sound. It only lasts for a few seconds and goes away. It doesn't make the noise if I have already been driving. Just when I am at a stop and then start driving again.

Hello,

This could probably be a problem with the brake caliper sticking. When the piston in the caliper starts to fail sometimes they will stick instead of releasing when the brakes are applied. You will notice this only when you take off again, because the caliper should have released but it is sticking leaving the brakes applied a little bit, causing the grinding noise that you are hearing only at take off. Please check out the caliper and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
