I HAVE TO PUT EXTRA PRESSURE ON PEDAL TO STOP WHEN I `AM DRIVING AT LESS THAN 25 MPH BUT IF I GIVE IT GAS THEY WORK NORMALY I HAVE A NEW MASTER CYLINDER, NEW SHOES, CUT DRUMS, AND HAD THEM BLEED, I`AM AT WITS END HOPE YOU HAVE A SUGGESTIONS. I THINK IT MAYBE THE VACUUM

Have the check valve in booster checked or vacuum booster may be bad. Also engine may not be putting enough vacuum out to operate it. If you have an extra vacuum pump on booster it may not be working.
