So I checked fuses and replaced brake switch, tried the relay but the lights just won’t come on at all. No taillight, brake or cargo light brake. I’m confused first time owning a Chevrolet.

Hi,

First, make sure the fuse is good. Not only the fuse, but make sure there is power to it and from it.

If the fuse is good with power, I need you to check the orange wire at the switch to see if there is power. If there is, close the switch (brake depressed) and see if there is power out from the switch to the white wire from the switch.

Again, confirm there is power to the fuse and out from the fuse. Here is a link you may find helpful. Also, I attached a pic below you may find helpful.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe

LOL Don't feel stupid. Things like this happen to all of us. Regardless, I'm just glad to know it's fixed. Please feel free to come back anytime in the future if you have questions.

Take care,
Joe
