I bought the door lock actuators it said was for my truck. When I opened my door up I found a different door lock actuator. Can I still use the ones I bought?

Good evening,

What brand and number did you get and which doors need them to be replaced?

I will check on the actuators for you.

I found these on rock auto for you. They have part numbers for each door and also numbers from Ford as well. Compare it to the ones you have.

I would not want to use something that is not an exact fit for your truck.

Got it.

They used both of those actuators.

The Dormans are the correct ones. I would return the Ford units and get the Dormans. You need to use the same ones that are in the door.
