Have replaced coil, wires, plugs dist. Cap, rotor, and cold start switch. Also I have checked fuel pressure and ground. Please help

No it hasn't but in almost everything i've read or been told on bentley has been that they almost NEVER go bad. And my mechaninc tested it and said it was within the right ohm range. I was thinking either reference sensor or may ECU is that a possiblity?

Check the crank sensors, the ECU is probably not the issue. I also disagree with the assessment of the airflow meter, they do fail at that age, I have replaced many of them due to wear of the resistance element at a part throttle setting. As to the crank sensors, they are identical so swapping them is an acceptable diagnostic method. Also check the temperature sender to the Engine control module for proper range of resistance.
