525i acceleration problem

I have a hesitation just off idle, if you pulll away nicely it is fine, but if you want to punch it the engine almost stalls then stutters then goes, can be dangerous, I have cleaned the idle control valve and tried adjusting the air flow meter no change. Am using premium petrol also.

any ideas?

Check for proper valve adjustment, proper plug gap and
clean the throttle body. Recheck the TPS and be sure that the switch clicks when opening and closing the throttle plate
