I had the rear passenger window replaced today. Now my radio comes on but has no sound. How do I determine if the repair shop disconnected the amplifier or could if it possibly be a fuse?

I took the car back to Safelite (who repaired the window and they haven't a clue).
They called me while doing the repair and said that they could not get the top to come up. Then they called back and said they got the top up. Is all of this connected in a harness together and If so can I get to it to check it?

Hello

Having the window glass replaced should not affect the radio. Here is a tutorial showing how to test electrical wiring which you will need to do:

I've attached the radio wiring diagram below for your car. I've cut the picture in half so you can view larger. I've cut the wiring diagram into even larger pieces in case you were having a hard time seeing. Each diagram page is in 3 pieces. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
