The power steering reservoir is located down low and in front of the left front shock tower. It is a dark brown cylindrical container with a round black plastic screw on cap and probably will require a long funnel to fill. The fuel gauge problem could be indicative of two issues, first is deposits on the sending units and second a possible internal fault in the instrument cluster, or perhaps a loose connection or ground. Does the idiot light for low fuel still work? If I had to start somewhere, I would replace the fuel sending units as there is a bulletin regarding an upgrade to deal with "oxidized" fuel additives that cause said deposits
